Delete your account

This removes your account, identities, devices, dive history and cloud save from our servers. It cannot be undone.

The quickest way is inside the game: Settings → Account → Delete. If you no longer have the game installed, use one of the options below.

Google accounts

Sign in with the same Google account in a new tab, then confirm here.

Apple accounts and guests

Apple sign-in and guest accounts can only be deleted from inside the game (Settings → Account), because there is no web sign-in for them yet. If that is not possible, e-mail privacy@nexisia.com from the address you used and we will delete it within 7 days.
